Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to speak to defense personnel in the Donetsk region on Tuesday. The president confirmed that he met with warriors at the operational headquarters of the initial brigade of the state defense force Azov, which is leading defense efforts in the Dobropillya zone, a location approximately 20km from Pokrovsk.

Volatile Situation in the Area

Geospatial data from a local initiative indicated that invading troops had pushed further into Pokrovsk and its environs, though a large portion lacked clear dominance by any party. The conditions are severe, with updates indicating that Russian forces were establishing defenses and building up positions in some districts.

Opposition armies are making progress in the Pokrovsk sector and are reportedly acting with increasing comfort within urban Pokrovsk.

Analysts observed that national troops had freed a large area of a enemy advance in the Dobropillya direction, on the east side of the Pokrovsk operation.

Kyiv's Aerial Attacks Deep Inside Russia
