Furthermore, the preview provides a quick, obscured look at Polyphemus the Cyclops, whose flock Odysseus and his crew steal on their treacherous voyage. Based upon a cornerstone in classic storytelling, The Odyssey chronicles the epic journey of the legendary King of Ithaca. After his triumph at Troy, as told within the companion epic, Odysseus endures an extended and hazardous return to his homeland. Mythical Encounters with an All-Star Cast Along his path, the hero encounters numerous obstacles and legendary creatures. This roster features the witch-goddess Circe, who transforms men into swine, as well as the treacherous Sirens. Despite these trials, Odysseus vows to overcome anything to reunite with Penelope and Telemachus on his home island. The adaptation's cast boasts an impressive lineup.
